Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall policy of the Organization. It shall have supervision, control and direction of the affairs of the Organization, shall determine its policies, initiate or propose changes within the limits of these by-laws, shall actively pursue the Organization’s purposes. The Board of Directors shall adopt such rules and procedures for the conduct of its business and the business of the Organization as the Board deems advisable and may appoint such agents as it considers necessary
